You do not need to make a payment or place an order. The compounding pharmacy will contact the patient, after the Rx transfer, to arrange payment. Kramer is solely for directory purposes, locating a compounding pharmacy that can fulfill the Rx.
Remuneration is paid to pharmacies to compensate for the time and effort required to utilize the Kramer directory and facilitate an appropriate transfer to a compounding pharmacy.

No, you don't need to pay or place an order. Once the compounding pharmacy recieves the prescription transfer, they will contact the patient to arrange payment, and any other details. You use Kramer solely to find the pharmacy that can fulfill your patients' compounded prescriptions.
Shipping is FREE and available Canada-wide!
You can simply setup a "General Compound" in your system the first time, and continue using that each time by putting the name of the actual compound in the instructions (ie. SIG). This way it's very quick going forward. As a reminder, you will be remunerated for your time and effort to facilitate the transfer and use Kramer.

All of our pharmacy partners are contractually bound to not solicit your patients. These compounding pharmacies respect the opportunity to support your patients. They do not want to steal your patients; they want to ensure that patients can readily access the compounded medicines that they need.

We are available for pharmacies anywhere in Canada. Our directory pharmacies can receive Rx transfers and ship anywhere in Canada.
Shipments will often go out the same day as the transfer is received. So the prescription may be delivered next day.
